We are not responsible for any refunds or shipping disputes resulting from customer errors. This can include, but not limited to: address errors or customers availability upon delivery. At All About Smoke we know everyone wants their products as soon as possible, and we take that very seriously. We like to ship products the next day of purchase if purchased early enough, but if not, then the very next day. Extremely rare cases might force us to ship 2/3 days after purchase, but we will let you know ahead of time. However, we cannot guarantee the expected delivery date once it's out of our hands. Most items will be sent with a signature confirmation, so be sure to have someone home to sign for the package. This ensures the box doesn't end up in the wrong hands. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. All About Smoke is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.

Cancellations, exchanges or returns may be given under rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of All About Smoke Shop . Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Otherwise all sales are FINAL once the product is received due to legality reasons. Any item that has been used or not in their original condition, may not be returned.
Damages happen, we get that. If it does, please email AllaboutSmokeShop@gmail.com & Call 561-629-5755 within 24 hours of receiving you item. Please include a description of what’s broken, and pictures of the broken glass. Please save all the packaging.
